DEVELOPMENT OF HSE TRAINING MODULES & HSE TRAINING

Everyone who works for any company needs to know how to work safely and without being detrimental to health. Company must provide clear instructions, information and adequate training for their employees and contractors to ensure everyone is fully aware of the hazards and risks in their workplace, appreciate and comply the safety measures in place and familiarize with emergency procedures.

As such, we can assist in developing HSE training documentation and provide training to the company’s employees as a part HSE policy in an organization.

Mentor Solutions & Resources Sdn. Bhd (MENTOR) in collaboration with the local partners in Malaysia, have successfully developed a total of 25 Health Safety Environmental (HSE) training module for Group HSE Division (GHSED), PETRONAS for Level 2 (L2), Staff E1 and Level 3 (L3).

Out of 25 modules, 10 modules were developed for Level 2 and 15 modules for Level 3 whichwas mainly in areas of Safety, Environmental and Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health. From the 25 modules above, we can categorize them as follows:-

• 15 modules of Safety
• 5 modules of Environmental
• 5 modules of Industrial Hygiene & Occupational Health

In conjunction with the HSE modules development, we have also been requested to train the PETRONAS trainers and participants through our highly experienced practitioners.
